The Verbal Kickoff

Those who know me personally would be able to attest to the irregularity of my flowing any type of "flow" or pattern that others (those who claim to be "normal") would follow. I claim that with some degree of healthy pride, not as one who desires to be different for the sake of being different and apart from society, but rather as one who delights in the God given gifts of uniqueness and the need to walk a "straight and narrow path". Despite the commonality of mine "going against the flow" I have determined to use a popular system (this blog) as a means in which to share meaningfully and with a proper degree of openness, hopefully resulting in the enriched lives of those who care to read it. As of this date (Nov. 25) I have decided to fall into the torrent of a fad/current of culture which finds a fascination with expression and sharing of thoughts and ideas over an international base in whose audience is unsure and potentially harmful.

My desire within this system is to be a light and encouragement all eyes which fall upon the words and pictures contained herein. I want to share, however appropriate, my struggles and battles, my highs and lows, my hopes and dreams... I desire this in large part because I believe that 1) We do not do that enough (in an appropriate manner) and 2) A lot of people are going through more then you think and, while they would be weary of claiming it verbally, they are lost/lonely/hurting/desperate, etc. and we are all in great need of love and acceptance.

As of present I do not have a digital camera and so pictures may not come as often or common as I like. Something the Lord seems to be making evident though is the reality of His great provision in all things. I should also make one disclaimer, my spelling and grammar skills have never developed to a point in which I find it easy to write but I pray and ask for that to not hinder the heart of these blogs nor the truths contained within.

P.S. I also hope for this to be a useful tool in which friends and family could stay connected to where I'm at and what I am doing.
